Gamasutra is reporting that indie darling Enter the Gungeon has racked up an impression 75,000 sales and more on the Nintendo Switch since it launched just before the US Holiday Season. Indeed, credit where credit’s due, Dodgeroll Games made a keeper (our review is here), and it deserves every penny. It already made a mint on Steam, but it’s nice to see the game selling well on Nintendo’s platform, regardless.
From the news post:
Developer Dodge Roll broke news on Twitter, and said the frenetic title has surpassed all expectations in that short time span.
Enter the Gungeon has sold over 75,000 copies on Nintendo Switch in just two weeks, surpassing all expectations. Thanks to all the new Gungeoneers, Nintendo and 22nd Century Toys! pic.twitter.com/zYHwPVbMje
