Many players have voiced their concerns over Epic Games Store lacking a refund policy, unlike the digital distribution giant Steam. Sergey Galyonkin has taken to Twitter to announce that the store has changed their position on refunds: “Unlimited refunds within 14 days of purchase and under 2 hours played. The team is working on the self-service solution, but for now, you’ll have to go through player support.” Additionally, his message mentions supporting 30 different regions with regional prices.
And of course, if you’re paying with your local payment method, you’ll pay in your local currency. It’s just the price in the store will be displayed in US Dollars.
