As our own Suzie Ford reported on MMORPG yesterday, EPIC’s onling builder/shooter/MMO/RPG Fortnite is launching finally in 2017. Revealed quietly during the Unreal presentation at GDC, EPIC’s Tim Sweeney, let it slip that 2017 is the year Fortnite finally launches on PCs everywhere. As Suzie reported:
Fortnite has been quietly chugging along in its development since 2011 when it was first revealed. There’s not much else to say but we’re hoping this means that more about the game will be revealed and more opportunities to play will come along.
Below is literally the last video of the game they uploaded to their YouTube Channel, about 6 months ago. We’ll see soon enough, I gather, if this sort of gameplay is still what Fortnite is all about.
