This week at Epic Game Store we receive our new freebie. It is a title that I reviewed a while back and I found it pretty fun, Maneater. That’s right we go back to the ocean but not as a human, as a mutating shark. It is available free until next Thursday.
In this title you start as a baby shark and have to start by eating fish and small humans that are in the water. The more you eat the higher your level goes. With a higher level comes your evolution into a bigger shark. Eventually you will be big enough to take on other sharks and alligators and you will be pretty fierce. You can check out my previous review right here and see what we thought about it. I can’t believe it was two years ago.
Next week we will see another title called Supraland. It is an action game that has content similar to Zelda, Metroid, and other popular franchises all rolled into one fun time. It looks like it has some bright environments and colorful characters with puzzles and lots of combat to keep us busy. I have never heard of it before now so I am interested in seeing what type of a game it really is.
