Nissan has gone quite an unusual way for their Chinese commercial. It is no surprise when you see famous actors or singers take part in the advertisement, but game characters? Especially Final Fantasy? This is something else.

Check out Claire “Lightning” Farron and Snow Villiers take part in the advertisement video above. It is interesting that Xbox 360, as well as PlayStation 3, were forbidden in China during the original release of the game so the pink-haired protagonist might be not as well recognisable as many would think.
