The latest chapter of the Warrior of Light is about to begin. Final Fantasy XIV: Dawntrail launches July 2, 2024. To celebrate the occasion, Square Enix shared the special launch trailer you can find above.
“Having defeated the despair of the Final Days, the Warrior of Light and their comrades had resumed walking their respective paths. Yet fate would see them reunited for a mission unto another reflection, and now an unexpected petition has arrived beckoning them west─to the faraway continent of Tural.”
In addition to exploring the wester continent of Tural that consists of a rich tapestry of cultures, Warriors of Light will be able to take up two new jobs: Viper and Pictomancer. However, due to the extensive update for the battle system, existing jobs won’t be left without their own additions! Check out the trailer below to see the new Job Actions.
New expansion means new dungeons, raids and other fresh challenges to test players’ mettle. Of course, new systems are arriving as well, including an all-new graphics update and the long-awaited female Hrothgar playable race. The level cap also reaches triple digits for the first time.
