First Class Trouble, the social deduction game from Invisible Walls and Versus Evil, has kicked off the Lunar New Year with a bunch of seasonal updates.
Available now and ready to keep the new year party going, First Class trouble has some obligatory seasonal updates to cheer in the Lunar New Year. As the year of the tiger arrives, passengers on board the SS Alithea can enter their wardrobe and choose from a range of new threads, outfits, and snazzy accessories that invoke the traditional spirits of Asia. These include hand fans, Chinese dragon mask, New Year dress, Two piece suit, shoes, and more. These new clothes come as part of a paid content pack and are available to buy now on Steam for PC and the PlayStation store for console.
Not to let the player characters and the deceptive Personoids take all the glory, the Vruumbas are now decorated too. These AI vacuum bots have been transformed into dragons to roam the halls and instill wonderment upon the ship’s residents. This fits nicely alongside a range of other background decorations across the Gardens, Resort, Casino, Restaurant and even the Main Menu!
There are also free updates landing on board this wayward space faring cruise liner. Players can now find the padlock. This new mechanic allows all players with the item to lock syringe stands so they will take significantly longer to open. Additionally, the Proximity Scanner aims to bring some more deception and investigation into the game. A spiritual reimagination of the earlier Corpse Scanner of sorts, this new item can be used on a corpse and will detect smells to identify the two people who were closest to the person that died. Don your detective cap and hope the rest of the passenger manifest trust your smelling skills.
If Vruumbas and smelly scanners make no sense, then you’re likely new aborad the Alithea. First Class Trouble is a manic multiplayer social deception game set in a future where the golden age of Sci-fi is king. Passengers aboard the space cruise liner Alithea might not be so happy about that, however as their ship has gone a little wrong and its AI is trying to kill everyone on board. With a few human like robots trying to aid this homicidal computer, it’s up to players to work out who to trust while trying to reach the AI core and shut things down. Taking the traditional social deduction premise but mastering it for a massively enjoyable romp through space, First Class Trouble is available now on PC and console.
