A Reddit thread showing an unfortunate encounter of a single player against a squad of 5 in the Solo Mode has sparked quite a discussion among the Fortnite: Battle Royale community and provoked a response from Epic Games.
According to PCGamesN, the company’s spokesperson stated that:
“Teaming in Solo is against the rules and will result in Epic Games taking action on accounts that participate in that behaviour.
[The company will] continue to monitor games for players who break rules and play unfairly in all game modes.”
The comments to the original thread point out that teaming outside of the Squad matchmaking is not a terribly hard thing to do – all you have is to hit launch at about the same time as your friends and check that the seed of the game is the same for the entirety of your group. Some commenters have suggested introducing a randomized interval to put together games which would make it harder to get into the matches together, but it would also make it harder to face off against your friends, as well.
What are your thoughts? Did you happen to run into one of the pre-mades in your solo adventures? Let us know what you think in the comments below.

its good but ask yourself, is fair to PERMABAN an account and the IP of that computer for teaming once in a solo game? i think it doesnt

yes, it is completely fair. if you are told the rules and you break them in a game that can easily be broken by this issue, then it fits the bill. DO NOT group up in solo… I make it my goal to report players who are grouping in solo.
