A new lighting-fast Forza experience is on the Horizon with the announcement that Forza Horizon 5: Hot Wheels is coming to Xbox on 19 July 2022.
Revealed over a weekend of updates and exclusive news, the news that drivers will get to head full speed into this new addition to Forza 5 adds something very different to the traditional driving sim. While players of this top tier motorized title are used to skirting around famous road races, there’s something a little more DIY about the Hot Wheels release.
Not only will this new premium pack blow up the small scale Mattel mintures into full sized vehicles, but the track building element of this toy brand will feature too. Players putting the pedal to the floor will get to take on some of the most exhilarating rides ever created in Forza. Stunning loops, inconceivable turns, and rollercoaster races unfold while players are strapped into 10 amazing new cars including the speedy 2021 Hennessey Venom F5 and the iconic 2000 Hot Wheels Deora II.
You’ll also be able to design, build, and share your own Hot Wheels adventure with 80 distinct, snappable track pieces. With Forza’s realistic physics engine, we’re sure that this will result in at least a few ideas crashing down to earth.
