Wyverns, Drogons, and Dodgy Northern Accents Appear In A New Game of Thrones: Kingsroad Creatures trailer.
Get a glimpse of what you’ll find down in the woods, or off on distant plains. Netmarble just dropped a new trailer for its upcoming RPG, based on the massive Game of Thrones franchise. The new teaser for Game of Thrones: Kingsroad is a tale set in a familiar land and based on the George R.R. martin novels. Throughout the new trailer, potential kings and queens of the North and South will get a look at the strange and dangerous wildlife that stalks the moors of this fantastic land.
Ice Spiders, giant nightmares that carry the White Walkers stomp mercilessly on intruders, while Red Cockatrice are a grotesque mix of a dragon-like body and a rooster’s head. If you don’t end up fried by the powerful fire breath of the Fiel Boss Drogon, then maybe take some time to see the more majestic Ironbeak Griffins or the quirky Stormhorn Unicorns, found galloping like goats across the cliff faces.
The creature focuse sneak peek is also another opportunity to take a look at group combat in the new title. Players will be able to select from one of three classes inspired by cornerstone roles within the original series – Sellsword, Knight or Assassin, group up and battle these powerful monsters.
In Game of Thrones: Kingsroad, players will experience a brand-new story in the GoT universe as they take on the role of a new character, who, through a quirk of fate, becomes the heir to House Tyre. With not much more than a small noble house in the North, future saviors must endeavor to navigate the perilous politic s, and ancient evils ion a familiar setting. A seemingly fully featured adventure awaits, with a robust character creator, class system, well developed combat, and some flashy dragons.
