Gamesir VX2 AimBox Targets Keyboards Controls On Console

Gamesir VX2 AimBox

Gaming peripheral manufacturer Gamesir just unveiled the VX2 AimBox, a new console add on that challenges you to ditch your trusty control for a keyboard and mouse.

Hong Kong based peripheral manufacturer Gamesir has just revealed the latest in its console focused controller line up, but this time it is not a redesign of traditional ideas. While a lucky few are used to the fantastic feel of the PlayStation 5 controller, and some of our recent Xbox reviews have turned up great weapons of choice, there’s nothing quite like a keyboard and mouse. Gamesir’s new VX2 AimBox is designed to bridge that gap, giving players with top tier desktop peri[herals, the chance to take their MMO mice and gaming peripherals into the console wars.

The Gamesir VX2 AimBox is a wired adaptor, providing players making use of high caliber desktop monitors, or just simply bringing their new high def consoles onto the desktop, to easily connect a keyboard and mouse to their gaming machine. It is an improvement on the previous VX AimBox with a built-in 3.5mm audio jack and PS5 games support, alongside PlayStation, Xbox, and Nintendo Switch compatibility. Three USB 2.0 ports are on board and feature Gamesir’s VX2 agility translator technology. A Type C interface is also present in this version, meaning power draw shouldn’t be any sort of issue either. While plugging in is one thing, getting an edge means having the right setup and the bundled GameSir App enables users to fine-tune mouse, joystick, keybinds and lighting settings, providing total custom control, no matter on the input console devices or in-game play style.

If you’re interested in ditching your controller check out more on the official website where you can pick it up for $59.99/£45, or check online retailers around December.
