Genshin Impact Version 4.7 is almost upon us, launching on June 5th with new characters and quests. Having introduced players to Sethos, the developers are back with a new demo dedicated to Clorinde.
“There are many things to watch out for while traveling in the dead of the night. Traps under our feet, beasts lurking in the shadows, surprise attacks from the air or behind our backs… But the greatest danger is the fear that lies deep within one’s heart.”
Clorinde is a limited 5-star Electro Sword damage dealer who is able to implement different attack strategies based on the changes in her Bond of Life. That’s right, both new 5-stars – Clorinde and Sigewinne – join Arlecchino in playing through BoL mechanic.
Clorinde’s Elemental Skill allows her to enter the Night Vigil state. While in it, she can fire pistolet shots that increase her BoL or perform lunging sword attacks that restore HP. When BoL value is low, the shots she fires deal increased damage and have a piercing effect. When the BoL value is high, the AoE of the lunging attacks and the damage dealt are increased.
Clorinde’s Elemental Burst grants her a Bond of Life and deals AoE Electro damage.
Genshin Impact – Version 4.7 Phase 1 Banners:
- 5-star characters: Clorinde (Electro Sword) & Alhaitham (Dendro Sword);
- 4-star characters: Sethos (Electro Bow), Bennett (Pyro Sword) & Thoma (Pyro Polearm).
Weapon banner features Clorinde’s and Alhaitham’s signature 5-star swords – Absolution & Light of Foliar Incision, respectively. Additionally, the drop rate of Lithic Spear, Sacrificial Sword, Sacrificial Greatsword, The Widsith & the Stringless is greatly increased.
Genshin Impact – Version 4.7 Phase 1 Events:
- Flagship event – Mutual Security Enhancing Simulation (June 7 to June 17). Take part in Assault and Defense Scenarios. Complete challenges to earn Primogems and acquire event-exclusive 4-star bow Cloudforged.
- Record of Reflective Writing (June 18 to June 24). Take part in a total of 6 challenges, complete them to obtain Primogems, Hero’s Wit & more.
- Clorinde Story Quest – Rapperia Chapter. Requires AR40, completion of Archon Quest “Masquerade of the Guilty” & Furina Story Quest “The Little Oceanid”.
