The developers of open-world action RPG Genshin Impact are back with not just one Natlan cutscene, but two! Note that they show important moments from the Archon quest. If you haven’t finished it yet or progressed far enough, it might be some juicy spoilers. Watch at your own discretion!
The first Natlan cutscene animation is dubbed “Clash of Frost and Flame“, and depicts the first real battle between an Archon and a Harbinger. Sure, there were certain tense moments between Signora & Venti, Signora & Raiden Shogun, and later on Dottore, Scaramouche, and Nahida, but this is the first one-on-one face-to-face combat.
Not only that, but the opponents seem to be sure of their abilities and the outcome of this clash.
“At Natlan’s moment of peril, the Fatui join the field of battle. The Captain’s condition and words leave many a mystery behind, but the Pyro Archon keeps faith in her plan.”
The second one is focused around the Traveler and their friends adventuring in the Night Kingdom on a heroic quest. It takes everyone’s resolve and strength to see it come to the end – and face bitter defeat. However, some unexpected but very welcome help ensures that heroes return home.
“Everyone is resolved to fight to the end to bring Kachina home. So long as the sun still shines, light shall one day illuminate the night.”
