Genshin Impact Version 4.0: As Light Rain Falls Without Reason draws nearer every day. And with it, the Travelers get closer to the nation of Hydro Archon, Fontaine. To prepare players for the upcoming adventure, the team shared a couple of short previews and a new web event.
To participate in the Shadows in Motion web event, players need to be Adventure Rank 10 or above. The event will be running through August 15th, giving Travelers some extra Primogems for their Fontaine stash.
During the event, you can log in to Genshin Impact daily, complete Daily Commissions, consume Original Resin, and complete other missions to obtain Stamina. Stamina can be used to unlock different minimized landscapes, which can be accessed to let you take pictures of varied Sights. In turn, accumulating photos of Sights lets players obtain Primogems and other rewards.
The Steambird Special Edition I: The Terrestrial Sea, Origin of All Waters
This first publication dedicated to Fontaine lets players learn more about the Nation of Justice. According to it, Fontaine is located in the center of Teyvat. Those who have finished Mondstadt Archon quests will be able to use the teleport near the Realm of Farakhert to get there. Using the Waverider to sail to Fontaine will bring players to Romaritime Harbor. From there, you can explore the rest of the city and meet fascinating new people.

The team also teased new gadgets: Crystalfly Trap, Wind-Powered Wind Generator & new Glider.

The second issue outlines the underwater mysteries of Fontaine. By exploring the depths, you will discover hoards of lost treasure and all manners of unknown tales. When moving underwater, Travelers may encounter various kinds of assistance and resistance. But sometimes, when heading towards an unknown destination, there’ll be even more surprises…
