Following the story teaser focusing on Greater Lord Rukkhadevata, Scarlet King Deshret and the overall story of the Sumeru desert, developer HoYoverse is back with another Genshin Impact teaser titled “The Divine Will”.
“Haypasia, who shows up again after many days, seems to have completed her training in the forest. The researcher who has achieved “Paripurna Life” is delighted to share this sublime joy with her old friends.”
This time it is dedicated to the past of the character that made a lot of appearances since the beginning of the game but still managed to remain a mystery. He has many names – Kunikuzushi, Fatui Harbinger #6, Balladeer, Scaramouche, but his past up to now remained mostly untouched.
From Yae Miko players could learn that Scaramouche was created as a prototype for the Raiden Shogun puppet, the proof of concept. However, he was considered too frail, having cried during his creation. Some other details of his past could be learned from the Ragged Notes scattered around Inazuma as well as the description of the Husk of Opulent Dreams artifact set.
But with the Genshin Impact update 3.1: King Deshret and the Three Magi, players get to have the front seat to the past of the enigmatic Balladeer. Emotional damage all the way!
