The developers of open-world action RPG Genshin Impact have shared a new video dedicated to the game’s 4th anniversary.
“The 4th Anniversary Letter: The Steambird Special Edition is here! Poetry and melodies dance on the breeze, as countless lights bear witness to our journey. Across stormy skies, dense forests, and endless sands, shimmering ripples reflect our story.”
While celebrating the adventures of the previous 4 years of journeys, the game is also preparing for a new Version 5.1: The Rainbow Destined to Burn. The second patch of Natlan comes with a lot of exciting content, from a new character, weapons, and enemies, to the continuation of the Archon quest, events, and more!
The update arrives on October 9. The main storyline will take Travelers to a newly unveiled region, where they will meet Xilonen, the master forger of Natlan. Meanwhile, Sumeru will celebrate the return of the Sabzeruz Festival, filled with joy, festivities, and a special birthday surprise for Nahida.
Genshin Impact – Version 5.1 Additions & Events Include:
- New character: Xilonen (5-star Geo Sword);
- New weapons: Xilonen’s 5-star Signature Sword as well as three new 4-star weapons;
- New Boss: Secret Source Constructor;
- New Archon Quests, Act III: Beyond the Smoke and Mirrors & Act IV: The Rainbow Destined to Burn;
- Chromatic Ode of Candies and Roses event – Sabzerus festival returns, and it’s time to give Nahida a proper birthday celebration! Take part to obtain plentiful rewards including a copy of Candace (4-star Hydro Polearm);
- Aphid Treasure Trace event – some new thingamajig hit the markets among the Children of Echoes, find out what’s going on.
- Reminiscent Regimen: Thrill event. Come up with complex battle challenges to prepare for your future adventures!
- Feast of Pursuit event. Surmount all obstacles, and advance ever onward towards the title of Teyvat’s Strongest.
- Marvelous Merchandise event – Liben is back, time to get some easy Primogems!
