The developers of anime RPG Genshin Impact have taken to the official site to reveal the events of Version 4.1 Phase 2, including character and weapon banners. Genshin players can finally get their hands on the first-ever Cryo Catalyst, and it is none other than Wriothesley, the duke of Fortress of Meropide.
The duke’s debut is accompanied by the rerun of everyone’s favorite Anemo Archon, Venti, The three featured four stars that run alongside the two are Dori, Thoma and Chungyun.
Genshin Impact – Version 4.1 Phase 2 Banners
- When: October 17 – November 7
- 5-star characters: Wriothesley (Cryo Catalyst) & Venti (Anemo Bow)
- 4-star characters: Dori (Electro Claymore), Thoma (Pyro Polearm) and Chungyun (Cryo Claymore)
The 5-stars’ signature weapons, namely Elegy for the End (Bow) and Cashflow Supervision (Catalyst), are on the weapon banners.
- 5-star weapons: Elegy for the End (Bow) & Cashflow Supervision (Catalyst)
- 4-star weapons: Prospector’s Drill (Polearm) and Range Gauge (Bow) as well as the 4-star weapons Favonius Sword (Sword), Rainslasher (Claymore), and Eye of Perception (Catalyst) will receive a huge drop-rate boost
Genshin Impact – Version 4.1 Phase 2 Events:
- Cogs in the Machine Web-Event (October 12 to October 17);
- The Peaks and Troughs of Life (October 23 – November 6). Use Pressurized Impacts during the event challenges.
- Overflowing Mastery (October 30 – November 6). Successfully challenge Talent Level-Up Domains to double your rewards from Original Resin. Available up to 3 times a day while the event is active.
- Wriothesley Story Quest “Cerberus Chapter”. Requires AR40 or above and completion of Archon Quest “Cataclysm Quickening”.
- Resounding Melodies Music Bundle (October 30 – December 19).
Last but not least, the devs also shared an overview of Waterborne Poetry event. It is available now and will run through October 30th. To participate, players must be AR20 or above.
Complete the event’s various gameplay modes to obtain a variety of rewards. In addition to the usual Primogems and experience books, players will be able to earn a new 4-star Catalyst and its Refinement Materials. Don’t miss out on Ballad of the Boundless Blue!
