Genshin Impact Revealed Version 4.6 Special Program & Optimizations

Developer HoYoverse has taken to the official site to announce Genshin Impact Version 4.6 Special Program. Mark your calendars: you will be able to learn new juicy details about the upcoming update and claim the promocodes with freemogems this Friday, April 12.

The Version 4.6 Special Program will premiere on the official Twitch and Youtube channels simultaneously at 08:00 am (UTC-4).  Judging by the special guests shown above as chibis, we’ll finally be able to find out more about Arlecchino!

In other news concerning the upcoming patch, the team also shared the latest round of optimizations. The changes are coming to the Treasure Compass, one-click crafting within the Serenitea Pot, Quest Menu, and more. Let’s check them out together!

Genshin Impact – Version 4.6 Optimizations & Updates Include:

  • After the update, the Treasure Compass effect will be changed. Now there will be a treasure chest icon on the map and you will be automatically tracking it upon use.  Opening a chest will automatically refresh the cooldown of the Treasure Compass so you can start tracking the next chest right away.
  • Co-op requests will show the player’s friend nickname to make them easier to recognize. When in co-op with friends, other interfaces will also reflect the nicknames.
  • In the new version, when you complete a certain quest series, the avatars related to those quests will be unlocked. If you have already finished these quests, the rewards will be unlocked right away.
  • The new Map Settings interface will be added. You will be able to adjust if certain map pins like Domains, Card Players, and more, are displayed via these settings. Additionally, the region selection screen will be made more compact.
  • A number of updates is coming to the Serenitea Pot. Follow the link above to find out more on how to use the new Quick Craft system and its features!
  • Quest items will now be shown in the Quest Menu for the corresponding quest.
  • Red markers will be added to the Requests to help you better locate them.
  • You will also be able to enable Focused Experience Mode for certain quests in the new version. This will prevent characters or scenes from being occupied by other quests while you are completing the chosen one. Therefore, this new feature will bring players a smoother gaming experience.
