The developers of anime action-adventure Genshin Impact have been on hand during the latest Special Program livestream. Dedicated to Version 4.7: An Everlasting Dream Intertwined, it gave players a taste of all the good things to come.
Despite seemingly being a filler patch to tie players over until the Summer event and the eventual arrival of the new region of Natlan, Version 4.7 decided to not pull any punches when it comes to content. Travelers are in for three new characters, new Dainsleif quest, new endgame content, and much more! Let’s check it out together, starting with the epic trailer above.
During the special program, the devs have revealed the limited 5-stars and the new 4-star, Sethos, and their order in the Version’s banners. Here’s how it looks:
- Phase 1 (June 5 – June 25): Clorinde (5-star Electro Sword), Alhaitham (5-star Dendro Sword) + Sethos (4-star Electro Bow);
- Phase 2 (June 25 – July 16): Sigewinne (5-star Hydro Bow), Furina (5-star Hydro Sword).
The featured 4-stars and the detailed contents of the weapon banners beyond the appropriate Signatures are unknown yet, stay tuned to find out more! Both Clorinde and Sigewinne utilize the new Bond of Life mechanic in their gameplay, much like Arlecchino. Both new 5-stars are also in for their Story Quests, so don’t miss out!
Imaginarium Theater – New Endgame Content
A new form of endgame content arrives in the form of the Imaginarium Theater starting on July 1st. If you have ever wanted to visit the Restricted Section of the Ordo’s library, you’re in luck! This mode will offer Primogem rewards and combat buffs that are not limited to this gameplay alone.
To successfully beat the Theater, Travelers will need to select multiple characters to form a party and complete combat stages. The catch is that each season of Imaginarium Theater will feature three specific elements. The first season being Pyro, Electro and Anemo. Your characters must match the elemental and level restriction requirements to be eligible.
