The developers of fantasy RPG Genshin Impact are back with an overview of the banners and events of Version 5.2 Phase I. Prepare to welcome Chasca (5-star Anemo Bow) and Ororon (4-star Electro Bow), and set out to meet new tribes and saurians!
Xbox Series X|S players will also be able to join in on the fun come November 20th! Genshin Impact officially launches on Xbox with the release of Version 5.2. Reach Adventure Rank 2 or above to receive the “Wings of Fate’s Course Intertwined” early by logging into the game on Xbox. The glider will be available on other platforms starting in Version 5.3.
But first things first: let’s check out the upcoming banners and events so you can make an informed decision as to how to spend your Primogems.
The two new characters of this Version, Chasca and Ororon, both bring something unique in terms of gameplay. Chasca is an Anemo damage dealer who excels at aerial combat and can deal multiple types of Elemental damage. Meanwhile, Ororon is an off-field DPS who can harness Electro-Charged reactions and teammates’ Nightsoul-aligned attacks to deal continuous Electro damage.
Both of them have unique Nightsoul mechanics related to flying.
Genshin Impact – Version 5.2 Phase I Banners Feature:
- Featured 5-star characters: Chasca (Anemo Bow) & Lynney (Pyro Bow);
- Featured 4-star characters: Ororon (NEW, Electro Bow), Sucrose (Anemo Catalyst), Barbara (Hydro Catalyst);
- Featured 5-star weapons: The First Great Magic (Bow) & Astral Vulture’s Crimson Plumage (NEW, Bow);
- Featured 4-star weapons: Waveriding Whirl (Catalyst), Flower-Wreathed Feathers (Bow), The Flute (Sword), The Bell (Claymore), Favonius Lance (Polearm);
Genshin Impact – Version 5.2 Phase I Events Include:
- Iktomi Spiritseeing Scrolls (November 28 to December 16) – Complete a number of event gameplay modes to obtain Calamity of Eshu (4-star Sword), Primogems, Crown of Insight, and more rewards;
- Claw Convoy (November 22 to December 2) – use the Inscribed Mirror and search for small animals to obtain Primogems, Hero’s Wit, and other rewards;
- Limited-Time Tribal Chronicles Rewards – complete the Tribal Chronicles within the specified duration to obtain additional Primogems and other rewards;
- Limited-Time Are Exploration Reward – New ares in Natlan including Tezcatepetonco Range, Quahuacan Cliff, and Ochkanatlan will be available after the update. Complete the correspoding exploration missions within the specified time duration to obtain an additional reward of Primogems x400.
