The developers of fantasy action RPG Genshin Impact held the latest special program dedicated to the upcoming Version 5.2: Tapestry of Spirit and Flame. Come November 20th, players will be able to recruit Chasca (5-star Anemo Bow) and Ororon (4-star Electro Bow), meet new Saurians, and venture into new areas.
Xbox Series X|S players will also be able to join in on the fun! Genshin Impact officially launches on Xbox with the release of Version 5.2. Reach Adventure Rank 2 or above to receive the “Wings of Fate’s Course Intertwined” early by logging into the game on Xbox. The glider will be available on other platforms starting in Version 5.3.
“One discovers the world by gazing at the vast sky, and uncovers the self by staring into the mirror’s reflection. Traverse the fog on the distant shore, and record everything you have come to know.”
In Version 5.2, players will get to venture to three new areas and meet another two tribes of Natlan – which also means extra reputation and more rewards! The Flower-Feather Clan and the Masters of the Night-Wind, as well as the ancient city ruins of Ochkanatlan, are there to expand the world even further. Additionally, they come with their unique saurian companions: the Qucusaurs and the Iktomisaurs, which will aid players in exploration.
The main quest of the patch, Chapter V: Interlude will reveal the aftermath of the Abyss invasion. Travelers will have a chance to aid the Flower-Feather Clan to recover from contamination with the aid of Iansan and the Captain.
The new boss, Tenebrous Papilla, waits in the depths to test your mettle. It has new, never before seen tricks coming from its Abyss powers.
Genshin Impact – Version 5.2 Character Banners
Two new playable characters are added in this update, both familiar faces. Chasca is a 5-star Anemo bow-wielder with multi-elemental gunshots. Ororon is a 4-star Electro Bow user with unique Nightsoul mechanics that interacts with Electro and Hydro teammates.
Fan-favorites such as Neuvillette and Zhongli are coming back for reruns. Let’s hope that HoYoverse releases Shenhe and Wriothesly from the Cryo prison next!
