Focus Home Interactive has published a new video dedicated to the upcoming action RPG Greedfall. In it, players are invited to visit a great port city of Serene… or it would have been great if it wasn’t ripped apart by a terrible plague. Despite the sickness, the city is still home to bustling merchants, unsavory individuals, plague doctors, emissaries of different kinds and more. The hope yet remains that a distant island might hold the way to survive and treat this illness. Are you ready to set off on a dangerous journey to find the cure?
For those unfamiliar with the game, Greedfall is an action RPG from Spiders, emphasizing freedom and player choice. After creating and customizing your character, you join a band of mercenaries, treasure hunters and settlers who depart for a remote island seeping with magic.
How your relationships would work out with the natives and their supernatural Guardians is entirely up to you. Use diplomacy, deception, stealth or brute force when all fails – there is a multitude of paths to choose from.
