Paradox Interactive and Colossal Order announced a new expansion for their city builder sim Cities Skylines. Called Green Cities, the expansion will allow mayors to make sustainable cities with organic stores, electric vehicles and more. The expansion will arrive for Windows, MacOS and Linux PCs later this year for $12.99.

Players can look forward to the 350 new assets to the core game, including eco-friendly buildings as well as specialization buildings. Mayors will be able to create more diversified cities or go totally green. The expansion will also add new scenarios, policy options, and a Monument.
As always, the expansion will be accompanied by a free content update to the base game, which will include electric cars, road modding, changes to noise pollution, and more beautification options in the form of parks and trees, among other things.
