GungHo Online Entertainment has released its new competitive card game, CHRONO MA:GIA, for mobile devices in the U.S., Canada, Australia, and Japan. The game can be downloaded for free on iOS and Android from the App Store and Google Play. CHRONO MA:GIA is an original card battle game by renowned game creator Daisuke Yamamoto, the mind behind the hit mobile phenomenon Puzzle & Dragons. Players do battle using an arsenal of cards, including knights, dragons, spells, and more.
Become familiar with game mechanics, and earn card packs, through the Story Battle Mode. Fighting through eight episodes for each of the four starter Gifted (character avatars), you will use pre-constructed decks to learn combat basics along with the Gifted’s unique skills and playstyle, all while revealing each avatar’s background story. Completing the story mode for all four Gifted will earn you a pile of extra card packs, along with enough gold and suit pieces to purchase additional Gifted and even more cards.
The card gathering fun doesn’t end there. Players will be able to expand their card library by scanning any available QR code once every 24 hours for a free 2-card standard pack. There is also a special launch celebration going on now through April 30 where players can earn a bonus 50 gold per day.
Once you have the basics down, customize your Gifted by picking skills to suit your playstyle, create your ultimate deck in the deck editor, and fine-tune your strategy against AI opponents in Practice Battle Mode. Then show off all you’ve learned as you take on players from around the globe in real time matches.
