Heroes of Might & Magic: Olden Era Recapped Units, Objects and Artefacts Reveals

Unfrozen, the developers of the upcoming turn-based strategy Heroes of Might & Magic: Olden Era, are on a roll! Following the Spells recap and the Hive faction teaser, the team is back with a new video recap, focusing on units, objects and artefacts.

The units spawn multiple factions and tiers and include: Peasant, Worldwatcher, Kittenhorn, Couatl, Faerie Dragon with their unique butterfly wings, and the Lich Dragon that has received the most attention.

When it comes to structures such as the Stables, Redwood Observatory, Traveling Circus, Dragon Utopia, and more, it’s hard to fight back the feeling of nostalgia. Many of them look exactly how I’d imagine an actual full-blown remake of HoMM3 to look with more modern graphics.

About Heroes of Might & Magic: Olden Era:

Heroes of Might & Magic: Olden Era promises a return to the origins of the legendary saga, inviting both veterans and new players alike to explore Jadame, a mysterious continent in turmoil.

The game will be coming into Early Access in Q2 2025, featuring six factions: Temple (Classic Knights), Necropolis (Undead and Vampires), Sylvan (Nature and Fey Folk), Dungeon (Dark Elves and Underground Creatures), Hive (Demonic Insectoids), and a sixth mysterious faction that will be revealed later. The devs plan to expand the list in the future updates and DLC.

Olden Era will offer three single-player modes: Campaign, Randomly Generated Map and Skirmish. There are also three multiplayer modes to enjoy: Classic Mode, One-Hero Mode & Arena. Maestros that have worked on the previous HoMM titles come together once again to bless Olden Era with an unmatched soundtrack.
