Developer HoYoverse has taken to the official HoYoLab account with the second volume of the Update Radio for Honkai Star Rail. This time the team introduced some optimizations and new features that will be available in Version 1.2 that will become available tomorrow, July 19th.

- 5-star Blade (Wind/Destruction); 4-stars Arlan (Lightning/Destruction), Sushang (Physical/Hunt) and Natasha (Physical/Abundance);
- 5-star Light Cone The Unreachable Side (Destruction); 4-stars A Secret Vow (Destruction), Shared Feeling (Abundance) and Swordplay (The Hunt);
The new version brings forth the “Eye Comfort Mode”. Traiblazers can activate it by going to Phone > Settings. Now you can finally take your sunglasses off during Seele’s Ultimate and not risk getting blinded.
“Planar Fissure” event sees some optimization as well. Previously, the double drop chances would refresh every day. The change to the event will have it so there will be 12 double drop chances in total during the entire event period. You no longer have to wait for the next day to try your luck. Freely choose when to use the double drop within the limited-time period.
- New feature “Message and Chat Boxes”. After the update, Trailblazers will be able to change the appearance of the speech bubbles to the selected one.
- New “Joint Forces” stages that let you test the Standard 5-star characters: Himeko, Welt, Bronya, Gepard, Clara, Yanqing and Bailu. Completing the stages allows Trailblazers to obtain Stellar Jades, Adventure Logs and Universal Enhancement Materials.
- Battle information display optimization allows players to more easily view clear conditions and additional combat objectives.
- Warring Expeditions got UI optimization. The interface that appears when pressing ESC during the Excursion Mode will more clearly display combat objectives.
In other Honkai Star Rail news, HoYoverse announced Twitch Drops campaign that will be activating on July 19th. Watch your favorite HSR streamers for a chance to win Stellar Jades and other rewards. The campaign will be running through August 16th.
