Developer HoYoverse announced the adjustments for Honkai: Star Rail Version 1.3 events on the game’s official account. Those who are yet still to get their Imagine Dragon are in luck! The new timeline will let you stockpile the version’s Stellar Jades and use them as you see fit.
Here are the adjustments:
- Aurum Alley’s Hustle and Bustle event – All contents of the event will become available from day one instead of in stages. The event’s availability period will remain the same, starting on 2023/08/31 12:00 (server time).
- Simulated Universe: Swarm Disaster – The game mode will become available on 2023/09/06 12:00 (server time) instead. After this time, it will remain permanently available.
- Planar Fissure – The event’s availability period has been adjusted to 2023/09/15 04:00 — 2023/09/22 03:59 (server time).
- Other Events – The availability periods for other events in this patch will remain as previously announced.
At the moment, the game is going through the first phase of Version 1.3. Players can currently warp on the banner of the Dan Heng – Imbibitor Lunae, the 5-star Imaginary/Destruction version of the Astral Express family member. The second phase will introduce two new characters: 5-star Quantum/Preservation Fu Xuan and 4-star Quantum/Abundance Lynx.

- 5-star character: Imbibitor Lunae (Imaginary Destruction)
- 4-star characters: Yukong, Asta, March 7
- 5-star weapon: Brighter than the Sun (Destruction);
- 4-star weapons: Dance! Dance! Dance! ( (Harmony), Planetary Rendezvous (Harmony), and Landau’s Choice (Preservation).
