The new banner is almost upon us, and with it the long-awaited expansion of the Quantum element with two new additions: 5-star Preservation Fu Xuan and 4-star Abundance Lynx. To bring players up to speed, developer HoYoverse has taken to the official site to introduce the duo. Fu Xuan also got an overview of her signature Light Cone, “She Already Shut Her Eyes”.
Let’s start with the Master Diviner of Luofu. Players already had a pleasure of meeting Fu Xuan, the head of Xianzhou Luofu’s Divination Commission, on their hunt for Kafka. She is a confident and blunt sage that uses her third eye and the Matrix of Prescience to calculate the Xianzhou’s route and predict the fortune of future events. She firmly believes that everything she does is the “best solution” for the situation.
“Do not divine personal matters, fortune, or her own fate. No insincere divination, no unjust divination, and no unpracticed divination.”
Fu Xuan introduces a new approach to Preservation: unlike Gepard, Fire Trailblazer and March, she does not shield the party. Instead, she uses her abilities to redirect the party’s damage to herself thanks to the Matrix of Prescience.
Another unique feature of Fu Xuan is the fact that she scales with Health instead of Defense. This is where her Light Cone comes into play: it increases the wearer’s max HP and Energy Regeneration Rate. Additionally, it increases the allies’ damage when the wearer’s HP decreases. Last but not least it also provides a little bit of extra healing. Check it out on the official site.
Little Lynx is the younger sister of Serval and Gepard. Whereas her older siblings follow the Paths of Erudition and Preservation respectively, this young scientist chose a different road. She is a 4-star Quantum Abundance character that supports your team by restoring their health.
