The Honkai: Star Rail Youtube account has been updated with the latest video dedicated to the new playable 5-star character. Learn more about Jing Yuan, one of the Seven Arbiter-Generals of Xianzhou Luofu, and what he is like in battle.
“With divine spirits and steel he defies the plague. With unmatched calculation and wit he safeguards the Xianzhou. Even with eyes closed, he triumphs over his enemies from far away. But why did the Dozing General suddenly open his eyes? Is it because of an invasion from the enemy, or a sudden change in Luofu?”
Jing Yuan is a 5-star character that will only be available from the event banner, much like Seele. He wields the Lightning element and follows the Path of Erudition and is able to dish out some AoE damage to break enemies’ weakness bars.
- Basic Attack: Glistening Light – Deals Lightning DMG equal to 50% of Jing Yuan’s ATK to a single enemy.
- Skill: Rifting Zenith – Deals Lightning DMG equal to 50% of Jing Yuan’s ATK to all enemies and increases Lightning-Lord’s Hits Per Action by 2 for the next turn.
- Ultimate: Lightbringer – Deals Lightning DMG equal to 120% of Jing Yuan’s ATK to all enemies and increases Lightning-Lord’s Hits Per Action by 3 for the next turn.
