Honkai: Star Rail is in for a new major update coming on July 31st. To prepare Trailblazers for this new adventure, the developers have shared Version 2.4 Events overview. It’s time to travel back to Luofu for two new characters Yunli and Jiaoqiu, a new zone: Shackling Prison overseen by the Ten-Lords Commission members like Hanya and Xueyi, new missions & events, and much more!
Players are in for a new Trailblaze Continuance mission “Finest Duel Under the Pristine Blue: Part I”. March 7th’s Path of the Hunt can be unlocked as a part of it. To participate, you must have Trailblaze Level 21+. The developers also recommend finishing the Trailblaze Mission “Xianzhou Luofu – Obsequies Performed, A Long Road Ahead”.
Yunli, one of the two new characters, will receive her Companion Mission “Swords to Plowshares”. An outworlder delegation returns a long-lost Xianzhou sword. Yunli invites the Trailbblazer to take part in the sword-gifting ceremony…
When it comes to banners, there is a lot to look forward to both in Version 2.4, and beyond! Here’s the entire upcoming lineup, so you can budget your Stellar Jades accordingly!
- Version 2.4 Phase 1: Yunli (5-star Physical Destruction) & Huohuo (5-star Wind Abundance). They are accompanied by Hanya (Physical Harmony), Yukong (Imaginary Harmony), Lynx (Quantum Abudance);
- Version 2.4 Phase 2: Jiaoqiu (5-star Fire Nihility) & Sparkle (5-star Quantum Harmony). The featured 4-stars include Hook (Fire Destruction), Guinaifen (Fire Nihility) and Arlan (Lightning Destruction).
- Version 2.5: Feixiao (5-star Wind Hunt), Lingsha (5-star Fire Abundance), Moze (4-star Lightning Hunt). Stay tuned to learn about reruns when HoYo is ready to share!
The Light Cone banners feature the appropriate characters’ signatures, including two brand-new ones for Yunli and Jiaoqiu respectively.
HONKAI: STAR RAIL – VERSION 2.4 EVENTS INCLUDE:
- Saga of Primaveral Blade event (July 31 – September 9). The Wardance ceremony is approaching, and March 7th has been invited to become Yanqing’s and Yunli’s apprentice in swordplay. As her assistant, you will plan Swordart Sessions to help her achieve victory in the eventual duel… Participate in the event to unlock rewards such as March 7th: The Hunt’s Eidolons.
- Operation Memoria Snapshot event (August 7 – August 19). A trainee doctor from Penacony is looking for a helper at Starskiff Haven to help him complete a special photoshoot plan.
- Trailblaze: Friendship Is Magic! event (August 21 – September 9). The gray friend you once met in dreams has come alone to the real world of Belobog. He has arrived to resolve a crisis involving unknown shadows attacking residents, but he urgently needs your help and that of your companions…
- Gift of the Odyssey check-in event. Receive Star Rail Special Pass x10 for logging in for a total of 7 days.
- Double drop events for Calyxes and Planar Ornaments.
Additionally, Honkai: Star Rail will be officially collaborating with the Fate/stay night [Unlimited Blade Works] anime, with this collaboration set to unfold in Q3 2025.
