Developer HoYoverse has taken to the official YouTube page to officially announce Honkai: Star Rail Special Program for Version 2.3. Titled ‘Farewell, Penacony’ this version will bring the conclusion to players’ adventures on the Planet of Festivities. The program kicks off on June 7 at 19:30 (UTC+8) on Twitch and YouTube. Don’t miss out!
During the program, players will learn more about the upcoming story as well as new characters joining the roster: Firefly (5-star Fire Destruction) and Jade (5-star Quantum Erudition). Firefly is a member of the Stellaron Hunters and a young girl clad in a mechanical armor “SAM.” Meanwhile, Jade is a senior manager in the IPC Strategic Investment Department and one of the Ten Stonehearts alongside Aventurine and Topaz.
Per tradition, there will also be three promocodes offering a total of 300 Stellar Jades for a limited time.
Honkai: Star Rail is currently going through Version 2.2 Phase 2, offering the debut banner of space cowboy Boothill (5-star Physical Hunt) and the first rerun of master diviner Fu Xuan (5-star Quantum Preservation). Both are considered to be outstanding units in their niches: a Break Effect-based DPS and a powerful solo sustainer that brings a plethora of buffs to the party.
