Are you ready for Honkai: Star Rail’s upcoming concert that will be kicking off on May 1st? To prepare Trailblazers for the glorious concert ahead, HoYoverse shared a new animated commercial “Before the Show Starts”. It features participating characters in the unusual role of performers while the two Trailblazers are goofing around.

Honkai: Star Rail – Version 2.2
Meanwhile, the game is also preparing for the arrival of the next major update. Honkai: Star Rail Version 2.2 will land on May 8th, bringing along new characters, Light Cones, zones, and much more! Penacony’s Charmony Festival, the big event that all these groups of people including the Nameless were invited to, has entered its countdown phase. The adventure reaches its climax in the new Trailblaze Mission “The Fool Always Rings Twice”.
Version 2.2 will see two new characters joining the roster, as well as the reruns of powerful fan-favorite heroes. If you’ve missed out on Fu Xuan or Topaz the first time around, they will be back for a limited time. Here’s how the character banners are looking at the moment:
- Version 2.2 Phase 1: Robin (Physical Harmony) & Topaz (Fire Hunt) + March 7, Hanya, Xueyi;
- Version 2.2 Phase 2: Boothill (Physical Hunt) & Fu Xuan (Quantum Preservation) + Pela, Luka, Hook;
- Version 2.3: Firefly (Fire Destruction) & Jade (Quantum Erudition);
