Honkai: Star Rail will soon kick off the Version 2.3 Phase 2, introducing the latest limited 5-star character: Jade. This cold moneylender and a senior IPC manager made quite an impression during the latest Trailblaze Mission.
Jade is one of the Ten Stonehearts, along with Aventurine and Topaz. Her Cornerstone is “Jade of Credit.” She is skilled at understanding the human heart, and is willing to wait patiently for high-value acquisitions. She is also quite adept at extracting value from seemingly destitute clients.
To prepare Trailblazers for her arrival, the developers have shared the latest Keeping up with Star Rail video dedicated entirely to her skills and abilities. Jade follows the Path of Erudition, with her Element being Quantum. You might wonder: does she continue the IPC tradition of follow-up attacks? Or bring the Erudition AoE to the table? And the answer is both.
Our new 5-star is a damage dealer who can designate a single ally as a “Debt Collector”. By attacking enemy targets, either by herself or through the Debt Collector, she gains Charges, which trigger follow-up attacks. When Jade activates her Talent’s follow-up attack, she immediately gains stackable effects that increase her Critical Damage and Attack.
