With HSR Version 3.1 special program revealed, the developers are showing a glimpse of the things to come in Version 3.2. The first new character to test Trailblazers’ wallet is Castorice, who played an important part in the main story of Amphoreus so far, and is unlikely to sit out any further story beats. The other, Anaxa, is a completely new character.
If you have missed the announcement, the two new characters to arrive in V3.1 are Tribbie (Quantum Harmony) and Mydei (Imaginary Destruction). Stay tuned to find out more when devs are ready to share!
Castorice – 5-star Quantum Remembrance
Quantum, scythe, butterfly motif… Close enough, welcome back Seele. Castorice is the second limited 5-star following the new path of the Remembrance. While her participation was overshadowed by the bromance between Phainon and Mydei, she nevertheless played an important role in Version 3.0: Paean of Era Nova.
Due to her special abilities and a powerful aura emitted just by her sheer presence, she’s also known as the “Servant of Death” Castorice. Thus it comes as no surprise that her Divine Authority belongs to that of Thanatos, Hand of Shadow.
The land that reveres death, Aidonia, where snow falls endlessly, has today drifted into a sweet slumber. Castorice, daughter of the River of Souls, Chrysos Heir in search of “Death” Coreflame, sets forth. You must guard the lament of souls and embrace the solitude of destiny. — Life and death are but a journey. When butterfly alights on the branch, what withers will bloom anew.

Anaxa – 5-star Wind Erudition
An actual new face, Anaxagoras the Foolish hails from the Grove of Epiphany. While he was mentioned a few times in the idle gossip around Okhema in 3.0, we have not met this Chrysos Heir yet, nor did we get a chance to set foot to the location he originates from.
He will be our first Wind Erudition combo, and will likely work quite well with the Emanator of Erudition herself, The Herta. Now to wait and see what sets him apart from the already abundant selection, including Jade, Serval and others, besides pure damage.
Additionally, despite being a feeble scholar, Anaxa is quite opinionated and set in his ways, it is going to be a great fun to see this sceptic interact with those who mindlessly follow the prophecy.
“My name is Anaxagoras, one of the Seven Sages of the Grove of Epiphany, founder of the Nousporists. Now, don’t make me repeat the following again. Rule number one: Do not call me Anaxa. Rule number two: Never interrupt me — silence is golden. Remember that.”
The Grove of Epiphany, where knowledge flourishes and philosophers are born. Yet here stands Anaxagoras the blasphemer, the Chrysos Heir who challenges the Coreflame of Reason: Would you truly embrace infamy and defy prophecy, driving the thorns of doubt into the Sacred Tree of wisdom?
— “Ridiculous. In a world full of lies, I am the only truth.”
Anaxagoras’ Divine Authority comes from Cerces, Bough of Rift, the Titan of Reason.
