Anime inspired brawler HunterxHunter: NenxImpact is coming to PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, and PC on 17 July 2025.
An iconic manga and wildly popular anime is coming back to screens thanks to Arc System Works. The team behind the Guilty Gear fighting franchise will launch a brand new HunterxHunter game across PC and consoles. On 17 July 2025 players will be able to pick up a gamepad, select a powerful competitor, and find out who really is the best hunter.
Yoshihiro Togashi’s classic series brings more than just a big name to the fighting genre. The arena is set to get a new experience, featuring a cast of characters from across the 2011 anime adaptation of this series. The latest from Arc System Works is full of ways to play, introducing wealth of powerful abilities and flashy anime moves. Gon, Hisoka, and Killua already appear to be front and centre, with more coming in the future.
Animated heroes can battel on and offline, taking on friends in 3v3 Nen ability team battles or just duking it out locally. Offline modes feature Free Battle, allowing players to battle friends and family via local couch play or against the CPU! The Training mode allows players to practice with their characters in any situation. A story option provides another way to play and gives fans of the franchise “Titles”, “Profile Icons” and Greed Island Cards – G.I. Cards to collect.
