Adorable penguin co-op platformer Bread and Fred flaps on over to Nintendo Switch on 23 May 2024.
Even more helping hands are coming to overcome the odds when cute co-op platformer Bread and Fred ports onto Nintendo’s handheld console next month. After battling blizzards and towering chasms over on PC, two fuzzy little penguins will take on adventure again.
Announced during last week’s Nintendo Indie World showcase, the Apogee published platformer ties together two flightless birds as they overcome a range of snow-capped challenges to reach the top of a giant mountain. Along the way, players will work in tandem to swing over chasms and keep on going up across a cute backdrop. Taking a little bit of Heave Ho and some momentum, two penguins can work together to reach the top. Once complete, players can even test one’s icy resolve in 10 all-new time trials against Pol the Polar Bear. It’s kind of perfect for anybody who has played Song of Nunu or returned the sun to Wildfrost and isn’t ready to give up on winter quite yet.
If you’re up for the challenge, then take a look at the trailer above and head over to the official website before these two swing onto Switch soon.
