Idoly Pride Plays Takes to the Stage on Mobiles

Idoly Live, the newest mobile entertainment title from Neowiz, is out now on iOS and Android.

Come to a free concert filled with your favorite animated idols, all set against the backdrop of your own small screen. Idoly Pride is the latest incarnation of the idol management sim, and this new adventure is available now for free. Neowiz announced the launch of this all singing all dancing title last night, meaning you can jump in right now, put together new pop groups and present them to the world in a bid for chart success.

While plenty of us have just wrapped up the dark and deliberate tale of Oshi No Ko, the newest game from Neowiz takes a much more light-hearted look at traditional idol culture. Putting players in charge of a small entertainment business, its up to you to cast a group of girls, train, and generally prepare them to become fully fledged idols. Like any management sim, you’ll have to juggle time pressures, form meeting fans to training days, all to ensure that the talent gets where it needs to be. Idoly Pride mixes this cute take on the scene with an interactive narrative, and even an on-stage performance section.

Neowiz are celebrating the launch of Idoly Pride with a bunch of in game rewards. Preregistrations get free red Diamonds and Casting tickets. So, plenty of gacha to game for free. Furthermore, the Global Launch Celebration Rewards will grant players exclusive in-game items, such as:
• Limited Edition 5-Star Photo, affectionately referred to as “Mana”
• Mana Nagase (Quality 35) Photo x1
• 5-Star Photo (First Step)
• Mana Nagase (Quality 10) Photo x1

Fans of happy go lucky series like Love Live will instantly recognize the format, alongside viewers of the Idoly Pride anime. This new game seems to know its audience. If you’re looking to be the best idol out there, then check out the App Store of Google Play Store.

After an early indoctrination into PC gaming, years adrift on the unwashed internet, running a successful guild, and testing video games, I turned my hand to writing about them. Now, you will find me squawking across a multitude of sites and even getting to play games now and then
