Fairytale kingdom builder Fabledom is about to show us what makes a happily ever after during today’s Indie X Livestream.
At 2:00 PM British Standard Time, players will be able to get up and close. Look at the streets of Fabledom. The upcoming indie builder from developer Grenaa Games in partnership with Dear Villagers will take to the virtual stage and give us a good peek at a charming city-builder we’re eagerly waiting for.
Set in a storybook kingdom of trolls, knights, and princesses this relaxing route to your own dynasty has the same sort of laid back vibes that make Disney Dreamlight Valley a pleasure to click through, with the freedom to build an empire the way you want. Starting down in the streets, you’ll have to fill your settlement with castles, barracks, farms, fields, houses and more. Customization, cute decorations, and dreamy designs are present, but it’s not all about making bricks and mortar adorable. Fabledom’s extensive negotiation mechanics let you unite for mutual interest – or clash for domination. Plenty of deep mechanics mean that this is more than just a kids show.
