New World Interactive has shared the first gameplay video for the upcoming FPS Insurgency: Sandstorm. This first video shows a work in progress mechanic where two player classes who coordinate together can call for ‘Fire Support’. This can come in various forms such as helicopter minigun air support, which can be shot down.
The developers promise a series of short videos about some of the upcoming features and improvements from the game. Stay tuned to find out more. Previously the team has also shared a story trailer for the project. You can find out more on the official site. The game’s release is set for 2018 and will include PC, Xbox One & PS4 platforms.
