NewWorldInteractive has published a new teaser trailer for the upcoming first-person shooter Insurgency: Sandstorm. The video shows off bits of gameplay that owners of PC, Xbox One, and PS4 will get to experience later in 2018: taking down a helicopter and other tech, fighting across modern battlefields, using a variety of weapon in a lethal tactical action and work through intricate story among other things.
Insurgency is a multiplayer and cooperative FPS (First Person Shooter) that focuses on gritty intense action and retains a strong emphasis on realism.
The game is a sequel to a popular free-to-play total conversion for Half-Life 2 entitled Insurgency. Featuring an ultra realistic style of play based on real world locations in an ongoing war in Iraq, it was downloaded a million times in the first week of launch alone.
