Dead Rock Games has announced Intergalactic Battle Roosters, an utterly outrageous mix of poultry based bullet hell ideas, coming soon.
Today is full of silly space adventures from indie outfits, so meet the Battle Roosters! Developer Dead Rock Games, a duo with art direction for Riot Games, Telltale, Blizzard, and Netflix under their belt has jsut announced a frenzied quest for galactic justice. The latest bullet hell to make us hungry will come to PC later this year, mixing bright explosions, poultry, tacos, lasers, and tons of clucking awesome upgrades.
What the Cluck?
In a galaxy far far away, a darkness has fallen! Don’s Taco Shop has fallen fowl to a raid. Every ingredient has been ransacked. It’s up to an elite flock of pilots to pull on their helmets and chase down the guilty party, and maybe find some spare ingredients too. Along the way, players will face the galaxy’s most powerful baddies. Survive, Kill, Mini-Boss, or humungous Boss stages await as you blow through waves of chaotic action. Use pilot focused, mod, and weapons upgrades to increase your chances and change your playstyle , giving the Roosters half a chance to fry these menacing foes.
Ok, so the bullet hell genre is well established, but with a unique concept the reminds me of Gunman Taco Truck, this food fight looks like the sort of cathartic chaos that has our attention.
