Grab loot and survive the frosty apocalypse in Dying Light 2 Winter Tales: Gift From Above event, on now.
Hell’s bells, winter is upon us all and that means ever more festive in-game events. Anybody who has already braved the hordes in Dying Light 2 this week might have noticed a crisp new addition to Villedor. A blanket of snow and the scent of fear heralds a new event full of loot for players brave enough to take on the challenge. Look up and you’ll see Santa’s plane-shaped sleigh and piles of presents, and it’s all live right now.
This isn’t the first time the red and white has come to Dying Light 2, and the annual re-run gives us all a reason to gather around the tree and give thanks. First, it is best to get decorating. The tree is bare and citizens of Villedor can decorate it by completing Bounties and gathering loot containers to acquire trinkets. It’s not all about giving either. This activity can drop the Killer Krampus outfit. The perfect all-year attire.
Baka’s also back with a festive shack. New festive items are available from this unique merchant. Pick up a boomerang-inspired Skoll, snowballs, and another themed item. Once you’re adequately festive, head out and face the fearsome Uncle Snows and his horrendous helpers. Stop this twisted old adversary from ruining the holidays, with extreme prejudice. Ho Ho Ho, the holidays are almost here. Head out and celebrate by painting the town red in Dying Light 2 now. You can find out more about the Gift From Above on the official website now.
