Jurassic World Evolution is about to give gamers a chance to save the dinosaurs as brand new DLC Claire’s Sanctuary comes to PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on 18 June.
Frontier Developments has been busy tying up film franchise tie ins of late, with the Ghostbusters Planet Coaster DLC. Now, Jurassic World Evolution: Claire’s Sanctuary is set to give players the chance to go one better than the Fallen Kingdom film. While our movie counterparts make plenty of story missteps, you can take to Isla Nublar and rescue the last of the world’s remaining dinos in this premium DLC.
The latest DLC to come to Jurassic World Evolution introduces a brand new narrative for players of the prehistoric theme park game. Isla Nublar’s ancient inhabitants are under threat from an unstable volcano. It is up to the player to manage the rescue, rehabilitation, and release of these creatures in order to ensure their continued survival. Moving the populous is no easy matter though and getting dinosaurs over to a safe haven will rely on some level of strategy. The management skills that ground Jurassic World Evolution will likely come in handy as you take on new missions and new dinosaurs break out. This paid for content update follows the last premium DLC update, The Secrets of Dr. Wu, which also added a similar range of additions to the base game. Since it’s launch back in 2018, Jurassic World Evolution has challenged players to build their very own Jurassic Park by managing attractions, engineering new breeds of dinosaur, and keeping the Raptors where they should be. Jurassic World Evolution: Claire’s Sanctuary will be available via Steam, the PlayStation Store, and Microsoft Xbox Store.
