Kingdom Under Fire 2 isn’t even out yet but publisher Gamerforge has revealed a brand new class for the upcoming MMO, The Dark Sorceress.
Due to land after launch, The Dark Sorceress makes up a huge part of Kingdom Under Fire post-launch plans for the team bringing this flashy new game to western audiences. The Dark Sorceress is an addition to the first five launch classes that players can pick from and is exactly what you’d expect from this fearsome foe. The Dark Sorceress uses the magic of cold and darkness to inflict damage upon foes. While we don’t know a huge amount about this brand new class, it looks like a worthy adversary for the Gunslinger Class that we revealed earlier this year.
The Dark Sorceress is not the only update to come post-launch. Gamefoge just confirmed that after the game goes live we can expect huge 16 player raids. With the ability to drag in entire armies, this could be a genuine challenge for endgame players when they hit the level 30 cap in Kingdom Under Fire 2. We now know that these raids will contain 7 distinct phases, a range of mini-bosses and a final incredible dragon encounter. Hopefully, the loot will be truly epic. In addition to these big post-launch promises, we know that guilds will also get the chance to go head to head with some Guild vs Guild challenges.
We don’t know the time frame or scale of these updates but we do know that you can still pre-order Kingdom Under Fire 2 from the official Gameforge website and grab some cool pre-order bonuses right now. Kingdom Under Fire 2 is due to commence battle on 14 November for commanders in the west.
