It’s another new week in Red Dead Online and, as usual, there are tons of things to do including taking part in old west styled Halloween fun. There are tons of discounts and sales as well as some new Legendary critters to hunt down.
All RDO players taking part in Dead of Night from now through November 2nd will be duking it out in a “four-way battle of supernatural proportions between the living and the deceased”. Playing in the Featured Series on Halloween itself will complete a special Daily Challenge and players will earn triple payouts for both Gold and XP.
Other Halloween happenings include:
- the ability to purchase Halloween Masks from Madam Nazar through November 2nd
- an extra 25% cash and double Role XP are available in Bounty Hunter Missions, Collector Set sales, Moonshiner, and Trader Sales
- big discounts in the Wheeler, Rawson, and Co. Catalogue
- discounts on Gun Belts, Bandoliers, Double Bandoliers, and Ponchos as well as a variety of Saddles, Pistols, Revolvers, and Horses
- Prime Gaming goodies for those who link their Rockstar Social Club to Prime Gaming
Naturalists can take time away from trick or treat to hunt down the Legendary Iwakta Panther. Head to Harriet’s shop to get the Sighting Mission. This bad boy can either be sedated or killed. Those choosing the latter can take the pelt to Gus’ Store to sell it for some serious cash and unlock the Iwakta Coat for purchase.
