Elastic Games, the Indie Developer from Montreal, has announced the release date of their new title, Last Year – The Nightmare. This asymmetric multiplayer action-survival game pits a team of 5 players against one antagonist, with one goal, escape. Set in a twisted version of a small town, five teens must discover that they are being targeted by some supernatural force that is taking on the form of various killers, each with a unique set of skills. Working together the team must complete various goals, hold off the crazed killers and work to escape alive.
The game is releasing as part of the First of Discord program with a price tag of 29.99 USD. the street date of Last Year is December 18 on PC with a console release slated for sometime in 2019. Players can expect a fully voiced cast from veteran voice actors in the industry as well as a game as service experience, the game evolving over time.
