If there’s one thing that every horror game needs, it’s an awesome, spooky, dread-filled setting. In the latest trailer for Blair Witch, Bloober Team is showing they understand this fundamental concept.
The trailer provides viewers with a visual tour of the wood. Shot in 4K resolution, there is plenty to see — some of it, you’d probably prefer not to. Even so, the mood and setting of the game are apparent in the trailer that is accompanied by an equally haunting score. Both night and day environments are shown, though sadly, no combat or actual gameplay.
Blair Witch is due out on August 30th for both Xbox One and PC via Steam.
