Riot Games rolled out an epic cinematic trailer to welcome the arrival of Season 2020 in MOBA League of Legends. The new season will be available tomorrow, January 10th.
In the season 2020 teaser, the LoL team let players know just what they can be looking for in the new season:
New year, new Rift. And that’s just the start. All this week we’ll be updating you on our plans for League in 2020. We’ll explain where we’re headed with events and game modes. We’ll give you a preview of new skin lines and returning thematics. We’ll share the latest info on champion updates and new champs. We’re excited to announce the long-overdue launch of Clash. And we’ll tell you all about what’s next for TFT on PC and mobile including the sneak peek of the next set. The Legends of Runeterra team will be dropping by to share an update on the beta. And we’ll even give you a look at our new tabletop game.
The next decade of League begins now. Welcome to season 2020.
Many players can easily recognize the song featured in the video: Warriors by Imagine Dragons. Previously it has been used in the League of Legends World Championship 2014.
