Fans of Nintendo’s Mario will want to take part in MAR10 Day. The specially-themed day celebrates Mario as well brings smiles to everyone.
Why MAR10? What’s It Mean?
This special day contains cheesy word play with March 10th as the date. Get it? March is abbreviated “Mar” and the 10th is 10 and equals the name of the big day. Hur dur….
Here’s what’s happening on Mario’s special day:
- Nintendo and Starlight Foundation are working together to give special hospital gowns for sick kids. These new gowns will feature Mario characters including Mario, Princess Peach, Yoshi and more.
- A special Mario-themed Facebook profile photo frame will be available
- All Mario games will be 20% off at Amazon
- Mario Kart 8 and DLC Pack 2 for Wii U are 30% off on the Nintendo Store
- This coming weekend will be host to two major events: PAX East in Boston and the Kids’ Choice Awards 2017. Both of these events will heavily feature Mario
