Gameloft and Disney have announced that the Thrills & Frill update for Disney Dreamlight Valley is now live. Players can now meet Daisy Duck as she makes her grand debut in the game. In addition to the free update, players who own the Rift in Time expansion pass can explore Act II – The Spark of Imagination.
Developers are keen to celebrate the big news and have done so via an all-new trailer. Viewers will get a peek at Daisy herself alongside some of the new content that is sure to keep players busy for a good, long while.
WHAT’S INSIDE FRILLS & CHILLS?
Players can befriend Daisy and head out on her personal quest. Successfully completing it will reward them with their own Boutique, where they can sell custom designs made with Touch of Magic. In addition, players can unlock new items to customize and invite their friends to browse their wares. Of course, players can also visit their friends’ Boutiques.
Multiplayer is receiving some love from the dev team. Players will notice several improvements, including the ability to take selfies with friends and work cooperatively in fishing, gardening, mining, cooking, and crafting.
This season’s Star Path and Premium Shop will be updated with new additions. Star Path will showcase Disney Parks with such cool attractions as the Alien Swirling Saucers and the Magic Carpets of Aladdin. Add some new clothing and Dream Styles for Daisy, and Minnie completes the latest items. The Premium Shop will also feature Disney Parks attractions and special clothing.
Rift in Time expansion owners will find Act II, The Spark of Imagination, which allows them to learn more about Eternity Isle. But most excitingly, Oswald the Lucky Rabbit is coming into the game! “Players will come face-to-face with this classic Disney character and participate in an expansive quest line alongside EVE, Rapunzel, and Gaston.” That means an upgraded Royal Hourglass is imminent!
